After I left they told my gf , he is crazy take that ride in souch a small boat

If God intended us to be on the water we would have been more buoyant!!!

Doesn't change the fact that a bad day fishing beats a good day at work...anytime!

You're right...this is a great time for fishing here. Next time you're cruising by Cebu City, pick me up and we'll get some fish blood on your deck.

Sorry I can't answer the original question, but I'd like to point out that bancas don't last very long. Salt water is bad for wood in the best of circumstances, and bancas are not built or maintained for longevity in the first place. Just something to keep in mind.

Many bancas are older than 10 years, epoxy and maintaince help a lot. Bancas are cheap to built, problem is find good boatbuilder, who can make the boat "your way", and are realible. Banca 15-20 feet cost 10-20 k peso, depending on your design, in my world fu***ing chep

I want to get a banca built also but to my specs and catamaran style. Basically 2 banca's, no outriggers and a passenger cabin in the middle. I just need to find someone I trust to build it. Close by so I can be there and watch it being built.
