Nothing in the root directory.

You need a program that will just decrap your computer.  There is an app that is called decrap.   BACKUP YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE YOU DO IT AND SET RESTORE POINT.

No....it's 64bit

Get an app called ccleaner..... I have used it for years for cleaning up and it has never screwed up yet.

http://download.cnet.com/ccleaner/

Very very easy to use....idiot proof......and the basic version is free!

Backup your important/personal data and reset Windows to its factory default, select total recovery or reinstall... That's what I do every 6 month or so, it's like buying a new computer and I feel fine... :D

it's 97.9GB. The bare minimum of a running system. Windows should use 30-50GB after clean installation and full updates. Then you add office, photoshop, etc etc.

There isn't much you can do, it's not 200 but 100.

Buy a 256GB SSD, or 512GB if you do photoshop or video editing etc.
