hey I don't drive it much but when I do I get all the chicks.... many ask sir can I have a ride.. sir are you married... sir can I sit in your car..  might be the very old version of brad pitt

Just remember that when they say they want to drive...they're not talking about the car!

Except for the malls, the new hospitals, some condos, some gated communities, and the call center/IT areas the whole, city is like a overcrowded war zone. In general it was much more livable 30 years ago though the shopping sucked.

Yes roads hav gotten worse in the last 4 weeks compared to the time before.

Dont know why suddenly the roads round SM seaside have big holes - one month ago these holes havnt been there.

But usually they also are fast in reapairing that - some day will come

First time I ever went to Cebu was in 1980. The city was really pleasant then. My parents visited twice from the US in the 80's and really loved their time there. Where my wife's family lived at the time (Pulangbato) there we no paved roads, no electricity and no bridge crossing the Butuanon River from Pit-os to Candarong and Pulangbato. The jeepney had to actually drive through the river. Cebu has changed drastically from those days.

heavy traffic and rain will create potholes, it does not help that the garbage trucks was using the CSCR

to get to the srp dump site

Stop building roads with silly putty and there won't be pot holes.

It reminds me of the excuses you hear when driving through Michigan but then cross the border into Quebec or into any other bordering state and the roads are 1000% better.
