I want more than 1 and if you have 3BR you probably need 3 but you want 4 and think American's want too many?

Not uncommon for American to have 3BR/4BA,

I sc ad for house with more BA then BR

إن شاء الله

A condo on Lake Tahoe is not  what  the common American can afford.  Those houses are typically 2nd and 3 rd houses for the  rich and they do have more BAs than BRs - 1 for each bathroom and one used as a guest bath room

Same as garages - 50's  / 60's  - typ 1 car - 70's / 80's 2 car - 90's to now 3 (depending on size of lot)  - for the rich 4 and 5 are not and have not been uncommon

Every bedroom needs a bath of it's own + a half-bath w/toilet and sink near the living room or kitchen.  People are more likely to keep their own bathroom extra clean.

Err, uh, yeah Mike, that's it - kinda.

Maybe a one-bedroom version for me, though.

The 4th bathroom is out on the deck overlooking the lake for the hot tub.
