  1. It's good and central location in uptown Cebu City. It's a nice loft type unit with a great view to the sea and mountains. Sure it's somehow renters market in Cebu especially when you rent out remotely. Anyhow if want ROI should ask much higher rent but it was purchased as a holiday home not investment. I'm happy to earn some money for owning expenses and find tenant who treat the apartment with respect and don't trash it and pays monthly dues and utilities on time. Can pay higher rent if feels that what is asked is too low .
  2. That is Fuente Tower 3 loft type condo. Rent is very reasonable because I'm just looking for to get some money by leasing for upkeeping, taxes and monthly dues. If want ROI should ask much higher rent but it was purchased as a holiday home not investment. Our original plan was to spend much more time in the Philippines than is now possible so have considered selling also but maybe just lease to cover expenses of owning. It's still for rent so if someone interested just send me pm. Can lease now until June 2017 or later for minimum 6 months.

Can always negotiate and if you want to make shorter contract that will end in end of May or June 2017 that is ok. Selling price of similar unit as bare these days would be like ~80k/sqm. Zonal value for real estate in barangay sta. Cruz in 2017 is informed to be ~P80k/sqm. So rent is quite reasonable.

  6. I think P2.8M is reasonable selling price. P12.5k is really cheap rental price from this kind of aparment in this location. Ramos Tower has also condotel units so you can also book hotel room for a short time to find out if you like the building and surroundings before rent.

  8. No but there olympic size swimming pool in abellana sports complex which is a few minutes walk from Ramos Tower and many gyms nearby. You know P12.5k/month and nice location, excellent views, 24/7 security and new building so should gym membership be included to that price : ) ?

Building has Close Circuit TV, Automatic Generator Set, Automatic Sprinkler System, Audio Intercom and High-Speed elevators. Building has 24/7 reception and security. Ramos Tower(City Suites Ramos Tower) is located in F.Ramos Street near Fuente Circle. There is a lot of services, restaurants, shopping center and nightlife within a short walking distance. Rent P12.5k/month that is very reasonable and below market price. Apartment also for sale. Purchasing price as a bare unit year 2008 P2.25M.
  10. Loft type condo in a good location for rent. Size of the condo is ~83 sqm and it's located in uptown Cebu City next to Crown Regency Hotel and Towers. It's high up in the building and has great view to the mountains, city and sea. There is 24/7 security and all services within walking distance. Rather would rent for a long term. Rental price for forum member is reasonable and below market price P25k/month for a long term contract. If you would like to buy unit is for sale also. Pre-sale purchasing price in 2008 was P4.6 million as a bare unit. Unit was finished 2013. Here is some photos of the unit.

  13. I was so blinded by the sheer beauty of my filipina wife that we got married quite fast. I had plans to date a few other women but she said if you go to meet other girls then maybe when you try to call me you will hear "subscriber cannot be reached" . More than 10 years later we are still married and she has always been faithful and good wife. She is temperamental which I did notice already in the beginning but so is all women. I think you have a good chance to find good wife in the Philippines.
