  1. It's probably Carabao
  2. Yes I lived there for 3.5 years (Renting) but that was 16 years ago I have a lot of ex-pat friends on Mactan so that is why I choose to live there.
  3. Hi Skywalker, Yes we will buy a house on Mactan so the pension will be for normal living expenses.
  4. Thank you all for your response to my question. Gus , I'm currently 64 and planning on retiring in the Philippines my wife is a Filipina but is a fair bit younger than I. If I am paid around $800 per fortnight that would be OK for us to live on there.
  5. Thank's for the info and the link, $798 is a lot better than what they told me.
  6. Hi all was just wondering how much the Australian aged pension Payment would be if living in Cebu, I have asked at my Centrelink office and they said it would be about $600 a fortnight is this correct?
  7. Thank's for your response, I haven't decided which phase of the subdivision yet but was thinking of a detached house of around 4 bedrooms, I used to live in BF town homes in Abuno for 3 years but that was 16 years ago so am a bit out of touch with these cost's now. If it's around 1000 to 2000P that's fine
  8. Hi all, Was hoping somebody could tell me what the annual subdivision fee is if you owned a house in Collinwood subdivision in Basak, Lapu Lapu. Regards, Rod.
