  2. OK I was planning on making my move to Cebu sooner than later. I am currently receiving Social Security and my monthly income would let me live comfortably so monthly I'm ok. Here is the question. Originally I was in a position to have close to 60000 US dollars in the bank when I made the move. Now after some events out of my control my nestegg has declined to an amount much less. What is the minimum amount I should have in savings before I make the move to Cebu?
