  5. The Walk (2015) In 1974, high-wire artist Philippe Petit recruits a team of people to help him realize his dream: to walk the immense void between the World Trade Center towers. Philippe Petit born 13 August 1949) is a French high-wire artist who gained fame for his high-wire walk between the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, on the morning of August 7, 1974. For his unauthorized feat 1,350 feet (400 metres) above the ground – which he referred to as "le coup"– he rigged a 450-pound (200-kilogram) cable and used a custom-made 26-foot (8-metre) long, 55-pound (25-kilogram) balancing pole. He performed for 45 minutes, making eight passes along the wire. The following week, he celebrated his 25th birthday. All charges were dismissed in exchange for him doing a performance in Central Park for children. (IMDB)
  6. Not sure that this is an answer to OP's question!!! I think he will build a house and let foreigners rent... Many OFW are buying condos and use AirBnB for short term renters... not sure its good business, except for the the one building the condos. Of cause you can have your share, but to get your investment back, if this is what you are looking for...not sure about that. If you plan to use the house yourself in future, it's another story.
  7. Maybe not the best time for a Dipolog visit
  8. And that's maybe why its called Laguindingan Airport and not CdO Airport. And they have a well function Airport Shuttle service with fixed price to City...P199,-...no need to fight with Taxi, meter or not.
  9. Factory Tour at ProFoods...
  10. Agree... drinking a big cup of "Calamansi Tea" every morning..just fresh pressed and no sugar added. Might prefer to add a bit sugar if used as cold juice, but far less sugar than finished products. Down here, CdO its about P25,- pr kilo
  11. Does GRAB have an app for Win? Not been able to find anything. I like to setup for our guests to use a GRAB app on pc, in case they don't already have the app on the mobile. Tried the android app on Bluestacks, but for some reasons Bluestacks is extremely slow. I read somewhere that there is a service charge of P70,- at the top of ordinary meter charge. Is this correct?
