  1. Pizza in Cebu

    Who would your market be?
  2. Small town outside Cebu

From Palompon. I catch the v-hire. I have to wait a maximum of an hour for the next one and usually only about 20 minutes or so. It is regularly about a 1 hr 15 minutes ride from Palompon to the pier in Ormoc City and costs P110. Although if i can't get the front seat, I pay for a seat for my luggage and have a comfortable ride in the rear row. No parking worries with a v-hire. With so many trips each day now between OceanJet and Supercat, no need to book a boat, just get on the next one. I have arrived within 20 minutes of departure of OceanJet a couple of times now and been allowed to travel.
  3. Small town outside Cebu

I agree. And I am not sure why it is so important to be able to get to the airport quickly. But if airport was not a consideration, another island still should be a consideration. Cancelled boats don't bother me. I just get on the next boat when they start running again. Or if it is important, leave early just in case.
  4. Small town outside Cebu

That could be anywhere on the island of Cebu then. Experience will teach you how long to allow for traffic.
  5. Small town outside Cebu

Don't forget to think outside the box. Or in this case, outside the island. You can be back in Cebu City at pier 1 in 2 hours by fast ferry from Tagbilaran Bohol. You can be back in Cebu City at pier 3, in just over an hour from Tubigon Bohol. You can be back in Cebu City at pier 1 from Ormoc City on Leyte in 2.5 hours. Although you have to wait for the next boat from each location.
  6. Pizza in Cebu

Pizza Republic. If you don't like the pizza, you chose the wrong toppings. You can choose from about 60 different toppings including multiple cheeses. No matter how many toppings, the price is the same. P245 for a large pizza. They have an outlet at the Terraces at Ayala Mall plus other locations https://www.facebook.com/PizzaRepublicPicknMix
  7. I think if you heard of a seller paying the capital gains tax, that would be something to post here.
  8. It is different for every airport across the Philippines and changing as we speak. In the last couple of months, there has been a new agreement to include terminal fees in airfares. I went looking for a link and all i could find was the cebu pacific announcement but it does not solely apply to Cebu pacific as it is based on the airport not the airline http://cebupacificaircorporate.com/Pages/news.aspx?id=1159 However, For Mactan Cebu airport as at today it is very clear. - Domestic flights. Included in the ticket price - International flights. Pay P750 For NAIA in Manila, any terminal - Domestic terminal fee is included in the ticket price - International terminal fee is included in the ticket price
  9. Where I can buy casing for sausage

Depends who is making the sausages. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casing_(sausage) https://www.naturalnews.com/034917_sausages_casings_cowhides.html
  10. Where I can buy casing for sausage

Historically, sausage casings were just pig intestines
  11. How to Fix Traffic Forever

Correct but since your visit, traffic lights have been installed instead of roundabouts because the state government would pay for traffic lights but not roundabouts. Now it is quicker to drive in streets adjacent to the traffic lights.
  12. That is because in a real incident, a whole tsunami of information becomes available without asking. Such as - Pictures of the accident scene - Pictures in hospital etc - Discussion with you on how to get to hospital or how she got to hospital - Discussion with you on how to pay the hospital bill. Does she have enough for the bill. What is the final bill likley to be. Should the bill be paid direct to the hospital as she doesn't trust her relatives to collect the money and pay it to the hospital so she can be released. - My girlfriend will post a picture on facebook just because she tried on a new dress. So, even if she is not that type, in this day and age, you would expect posts to end up on face book and then a list of friends and relatives commenting. For this lady no mention of facebook posts either. No idea for the jail in which she is in but when one of our LINC members was taken to jail a few years ago here in Cebu City, he was able to keep his cell phone. Or rather the matter of whether or not he could keep his cell phone was a matter of following the rules and being denied cell phone use if the rules were not followed.
  13. What I didn't read in 5 pages of posts is which relatives are going to the jail each day to provide her with food. What I didn't read in 5 pages of posts is that you even have proof she is in jail. Every one is posting their opinion based on their experiences living in the Philippines. My opinion, true or not, after reading 5 pages of posts is that her and her boyfriend need more money and they worked out last year how easy it was to get it from you by telling you she is in jail.
  14. Have you had some one check on your spinal alignment, especially around the neck?
