OK kids, you up for the big one?

Steve and Donna will be here the 25th of Feb for three weeks. During that time we will be holding a boat trip extraordinaire. I'm going to work with BigRob on this to set and agenda that will be sure to please.

We have typically gone to Pandanon island, but I'd like to kick it up a notch. Pandanon is a great place and very enjoyable. I've tried to find alternative places but they typically have some type of resort on them that charges extra big fees and won't let you bring your own provisions.

Itinerary to follow in the next two weeks but I will take reservations now! I'm sure the boat will fill up, so reserve your spot right here and now! If you commit and we save a spot for you, I will expect you to honor the financial commitment, whether you go or not!. We always have people that say they will go and then wimp out at the last minute for whatever reason.

Be there or be square! This is probably going to be quite a party so we will not include children for this one. However their yaya's can still come if they are hot! Dang-it, now I sound like Paul!

Working stiff!

so it's a boat trip to for Steve and Donna to go on or a boat trip to get far away from them ?

With a cheery smile and a wave of his hand he wandered off to an unknown land.

That'll probably work. We'll be back from Mindinao by then.

Typically, I believe it costs around Php 400 per head. But, the more who attend, the cheaper it is per person.

Incidentally, some here may not know this. But, Bob and Khristine handle all of the scheduling, collecting the monies due, paying for the boat, and I believe, buying additional food for the captain and crew. They just sort it all out, and divide the total cost among the guests on board. Then, they let us know how much each share is, per person.

He can correct anything I have gotten wrong in my post. But, I believe this information to be pretty close to accurate. So, you and your lady are looking at a day on the water, for about, or less than Php 1,000 all up.

The boat usually gets back between four and five in the afternoon. What time would you need to be back in order to make your plane? You are already on Mactan, so it isn't like you would have to go a long distance to get to the airport. And, Mactan-Cebu International is no where near as busy as Manila is.

Also, there must be life jackets, as my missus doesnt swim, or even float.

Although, we could tie Paul, and Rob together, and use them as a raft ! :biggrin_01:

Bob, I asked around but most every place that was mentioned to me charges per head and want you to buy their food and drinks.

Will keep researching.
